We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, including for any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Services.
Subscriptions & Billing
LazyFPL offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time by following the instructions in your account or contacting us directly.
Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable by default.
However, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a pro-rated refund for unused time remaining on your subscription if you choose to cancel. Requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. We reserve the right to deny refund requests, including in cases of repeated or abusive refund behavior.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Services — including written articles, strategy guides, statistics, branding, and design — is the property of LAZYFPL LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
Data & Privacy
We collect and process your email address for the purpose of providing the Services, including sending newsletters and managing subscriptions. We do not collect other personal information.

-Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
-Copy, scrape, or otherwise extract content from the Services for commercial use

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAZYFPL LIMITED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
In no event will our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
