By accessing or using our Services, creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy which explain how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

LazyFPL is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League or any of their affiliates.
All trademarks, logos and intellectual property relating to the Premier League and Fantasy Premier League remain the property of their respective owners.
References to Fantasy Premier League are made solely for the purpose of describing the Services provided by LazyFPL.
To use our Services, you must:
be at least 16 years of age;
have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
By using our Services, you confirm that you satisfy these requirements.
Some areas of our Services require you to create a LazyFPL account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and keeping your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, each account is intended for use by a single individual.
You must not share your account or login credentials with any other person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where an account is being used fraudulently or abusively.
LazyFPL Premium is our paid subscription service.
A Premium subscription may include access to features such as:
Premium newsletters;
exclusive articles and analysis;
the LazyFPL Podcast;
the Premium Zone;
the Fixture Tracker and other tools;
the Lazy Academy;
research studies;
WhatsApp groups;
exclusive competitions and prize leagues; and
other Premium content or benefits that we introduce from time to time.
The specific features included with Premium may change as our Services evolve.
We may add, remove, replace or modify features, content or functionality at any time to improve the overall value of the Service. Such changes do not, by themselves, entitle subscribers to a refund.
From time to time, we may also introduce new membership tiers, products or optional paid features.
Premium subscriptions are available on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
Unless cancelled before your renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period using your chosen payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or your payment provider's customer portal.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you choose to renew.
We use Stripe to securely process subscription payments. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Stripe processing your payment in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will only apply to future billing periods and will be communicated in advance where required by applicable law.
All prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
From time to time, we may offer free trials, discounted subscriptions, promotional pricing or coupon codes.
Unless otherwise stated:
promotional offers are limited to one per customer;
promotional offers cannot be combined;
promotional offers have no cash value; and
promotional offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time before they are claimed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any promotional offer where we reasonably believe it is being abused, obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these Terms.
Where a free trial is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
New Premium subscribers are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with Premium, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days of your first subscription payment by emailing [email protected].
The guarantee:
applies only to your first Premium subscription payment;
is limited to one refund per customer;
does not apply to subscription renewals or returning subscribers;
and may be refused where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused or claimed fraudulently.
If a refund is issued, your Premium access may end immediately.
Outside this guarantee, subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. This guarantee does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
That gives you clear terms covering monthly and annual purchases, prevents people repeatedly subscribing and refunding, and still preserves any consumer rights that apply.
From time to time, LazyFPL may operate competitions, prize draws, mini-leagues and other promotional events.
Additional rules may apply to individual competitions and will be published where relevant.
We reserve the right to:
verify the eligibility of entrants and winners;
request information reasonably necessary to award prizes;
refuse or withdraw prizes where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms;
substitute prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary; and
amend, suspend or cancel competitions where reasonably required; and
disqualify entrants who breach these Terms or any competition rules.
Unless otherwise stated, our decisions regarding eligibility, prize awards and the administration of competitions are final.
We want LazyFPL to be a welcoming and respectful community for everyone.
If you participate in our WhatsApp groups or other community spaces, you agree to treat other members and the LazyFPL team with respect.
You must not:
harass, threaten or abuse other members;
post unlawful, offensive or discriminatory content;
send spam or unsolicited promotional material;
impersonate another person; or
otherwise behave in a way that disrupts the community or prevents others from enjoying the Services.
Our WhatsApp groups are moderated.
We reserve the right to remove any member from our community spaces, without notice or refund, where we reasonably believe their behaviour breaches these Terms or is harmful to other members or the LazyFPL community.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
share your account with another person;
copy, reproduce or redistribute Premium content without our permission;
attempt to circumvent subscription, payment or access restrictions;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or accounts;
interfere with the security, operation or availability of our Services;
use automated tools, bots or scripts to scrape or extract content from our Services without our prior written consent;
introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
use our Services in a way that could damage LazyFPL or its users; or
use our content or Services for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, abused our Services or otherwise acted in a manner that could harm LazyFPL or its users.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
Unless otherwise stated, all content made available through our Services is owned by or licensed to LAZYFPL LIMITED and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
newsletters;
articles;
the Lazy Academy;
research studies;
podcasts;
videos;
graphics and branding;
the Fixture Tracker and other tools; and
all other Premium content.
Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, sell or otherwise exploit our content without our prior written permission.
From time to time, we work with commercial partners and advertisers.
Sponsored content, advertisements and affiliate partnerships help support the continued operation and development of LazyFPL.
Our editorial opinions, analysis and recommendations are produced independently. Commercial relationships do not determine our editorial views, rankings or recommendations.
Where appropriate, sponsored content and affiliate partnerships will be clearly identified.
We aim to provide a reliable and high-quality service, but we do not guarantee that our Services will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
From time to time, we may suspend, restrict or interrupt access to all or part of the Services for maintenance, updates, security or reasons beyond our reasonable control.
We also rely on third-party providers, including website hosting, payment processors, email providers and communication platforms. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by those providers.
While we take reasonable steps to maximise email deliverability, we cannot guarantee that our newsletters or other emails will always be delivered successfully or appear in your primary inbox. Users are responsible for ensuring they can receive our emails and, where appropriate, adding LazyFPL to their safe sender list.
From time to time, we may offer access to new or experimental features, tools or services before they are made generally available.
Beta features are provided for testing and evaluation purposes and may be incomplete, modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.
We make no guarantee that beta features will continue to be available or become part of the Services.
We welcome feedback, suggestions and ideas from our users.
If you choose to provide feedback relating to our Services, you agree that we may use, develop and incorporate that feedback into our products and Services without restriction or compensation to you.
This helps us continue improving LazyFPL for all users.
Our Services integrate with or rely on a number of third-party providers, including payment processors, website hosting, email delivery platforms, analytics providers and communication platforms.
Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites or services that are outside our control.
We aim to provide accurate, reliable and high-quality content. However, our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Fantasy Premier League involves uncertainty and individual decision-making. Nothing published by LazyFPL should be considered a guarantee of future performance, rankings, points, competition results or financial outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAZYFPL LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
internet or telecommunications failures;
power outages;
failures of third-party service providers;
cyber attacks;
natural disasters;
industrial disputes;
government action; or
other events outside our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, legal requirements or the way we operate.
Where we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the Last Updated date at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
