How do I login to my account?

To login to your LazyFPL account, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our homepage.

  2. Click the dropdown menu in the top right corner.

  3. Select “Login”.

  4. Enter your email into the popup box and press “Send me a link”.

  5. You will now receive an email from LazyFPL with a login link.

  6. Open your email & click the “Get access” button.

  7. You will now be redirected to the LazyFPL homepage.

You are now logged into your account.

How do I update my card details?

To update your payment information, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account (following the steps above).

  2. Click the user icon in the top right, and select “Manage Subscription” from the dropdown menu.

  3. Under the “Update Subscription” section, click the “Manage Subscription” button.

Why didn’t I receive the latest premium newsletter?

The most common reason for a premium subscriber not receiving a premium newsletter is due to a payment error.

When a payment is missed or bounces, our software automatically downgrades you from premium. If a premium newsletter is then sent out before you renew your subscription, you will not be included on the recipient list. 

To check if your subscription is active:

  1. Login to your account (following the steps above).

  2. Click the user icon in the top right, and select “Manage Subscription” from the dropdown menu.

  3. Under the “Subscription Information” section, you can view your “Subscription Status”.
